Parking lots
We offer a selection of sweeping schedules to meet your maintenance needs. We have schedules that include daily, biweekly, weekly, bimonthly, monthly, quarterly, and so on. We offer day and night sweeping with a 24-hour access phone number for emergency requests.
Community Associations / HOAs
Keeping streets clean in associations is very important to residents and the environment. Reducing dirt, litter, algae, leaves, and other debris is aesthetically pleasing, increases home values, decreases pollution, and maintains safety. We can help your community stay clean while abiding by EPA and water district regulations.
Construction Sites
Construction traffic can always leave streets with a mess of dirt and mud. Maintaining clean streets during construction is not only courteous to the fellow neighbor but also the law. All sites are required to have a SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan). This usually requires for an onsite Street Sweeper. We can assist you with abiding by EPA / water district regulations and are often available for short notice requests.
